Milling

Milling is carried out by a mobile upright machine with two milling heads of 22 kw each, which allows the leveling of parts with a length up to 12 meters.

Through this process it is possible to reach a surface roughness of 3.2 μm and a parallelism of 1/10 mm/mt.  

The machine is equipped with magnetic chucks ensuring perfect stability and structural uniformity to the piece/machine assembly.

Furtermore, it allows chamfering at various tilting degrees.
